All products except for special order and oversized items (Lola Chair and Samuel Chair and Ottoman) ship within one business day from our Seko distribution center in Milwaukie Wisconsin via Fed Ex Ground. (To review Fed Ex Ground terms, go to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/service-guide/download.html.) Special order and oversized items ship via Seko Logistics Transport. Our Viana Spa products and our Shi Products ship from the spa located in Long Island, New York. These items ship via the US Postal Service.
